Why QuickChef exists
Most recipe apps work backwards - you pick a dish you like, then go shopping for ingredients you don't have. QuickChef flips that: tell it what's already in your kitchen and it builds a recipe around that, not the other way around. No extra grocery run, no wasted ingredients sitting in the fridge.
Built for Indian kitchens
QuickChef supports English and Hindi, understands common Indian pantry staples and defaults to onion-and-garlic-free suggestions since that matters to a lot of home cooks - with the option to turn it off if it doesn't apply to you.
Who's behind it
QuickChef is built and run by an entrepreneur. It's a small, independently-run business, not a large team or company. It is built by someone who wanted a simpler way to answer "What should I cook today?"
