QuickChef is a recipe-generation application that suggests recipes based on ingredients and preferences you provide. Use of this application requires a paid subscription as described in Section 4.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use this Service. By using QuickChef, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

To use the app, you need to create an account using your email address. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information during registration
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

Notify us immediately at info@quickchef.in if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

• Use of QuickChef requires a paid subscription, billed on a monthly recurring basis.
• Payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card or payment details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Each plan has daily and per-billing-cycle generation limits, plus 50 saved items.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through account settings from the "Account" page or by contacting support; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. During free trial period, cancellations will take effect immediately.
• Prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice. However, we will try our best to notify existing subscribers before any change applies to their renewals.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's functioning (e.g., excessive automated requests, scraping)
• Reverse engineer or copy any part of the Service without our written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All content, branding, design and code associated with QuickChef are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.

Recipes and related content generated through QuickChef are created using artificial intelligence based on the ingredients and preferences you provide. This content is generated automatically and is not independently authored or verified by a human. We do not claim ownership over the specific recipe output generated for you and it is yours to use freely for personal purposes. However, because the content is AI-generated, we make no representation that it is original, unique or free from resemblance to existing third-party recipes or content and it should not be treated as professionally verified.

QuickChef relies on third-party providers (including but not limited to Razorpay for payments and AI service providers for recipe generation) to operate the Service. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions or downtime of these third parties, though we select and monitor them in good faith.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Recipes and dietary suggestions generated by the Service are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional nutritional, dietary, or medical advice. Please exercise your own judgment, particularly regarding allergies, dietary restrictions or medical conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickChef and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. You may stop using the Service at anytime. To delete your account and data, send us an email at info@quickchef.in

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Please keep reviewing our terms from time to time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India.
